Your documents stay on your device. We do not store the content of your generated documents on our servers. Draft history is kept in your browser's local storage only.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function (session management, credit balance). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share data with ad networks.
No retargeting. No behavioral ads. No third-party trackers embedded in the platform.
All data transmitted to and from Ailixy is encrypted via TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We perform regular security reviews and follow industry best practices.

We retain account and transaction records for up to 5 years for tax and compliance purposes. Document content, as noted, is not stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Ailixy is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
